i'm sure you've gotten used to me now just posting numerous photos in one post. 

i do this cause i try to use photos of how i feel, or, heres an easy one, things that i like ;)

sometimes i try to give a theme to the type of post: shoes or purses or mood-type photos.

todays theme is : soft/elegance/ artful simplicity + a touch of edginess from the 2nd photo :)

So because i steal the crappy mcdonalds wifi from across the street (so that i don't have to spend bloody $10 a day for hotel wifi) , photos upload like one per ten minutes. therefore the top 2 photos will have to do for now. 

unexciting? i know. 

it basically states that we visited the royal hawaiin hotel &...what's that? a new skirt... f21.

we all know how crazy i go when i'm put in that store. what's that? you didn't know? 

now you do.

thing is though, when i get to the cash register (after trying on loadsssss of clothing) i only end up with, at most, 10 articles of clothing. 

so i'm not THAT  crazy... thanks.

so i think i'll splurge my thoughts i've had the past couple days:

1. 90% of the people on this island are couples. kill me...right? yaw.

2. gets real windy at night! i only brought 2 cardigans- 1 being my white knitted one that has tons of (purposeful) holes. 

3. i'm burnt. no seriously... i'm burnt. if you need specificity: my whole bod. 

4. this vacay consists of: eat, sleep, tan... & repeat. & remember to repeat what you repeat...

hmm what else?

we had sushi tonight. but not your typical sushi (no nina not sushi... ACTUAL sushi). 

i'm honestly too lazy to try to describe what it was like but i'll post the photo i took sometime in the future (when i don't have to deal with poop wifi).

however, i should be thankful that mcD's gives away free wifi... thanks... i like your mcflurries: oreo & smarties... mixed together :)

so now i'm boring you cause i'm rambling on about zip. or am i? what day is it today?

i'm tired. we get up early every morn to make the most of our day.

at night we like to watch river monsters unhooked... or something.. on discovery channel?

boo ya! thanks to my mom for planning this trip just before i finished school.

i'm in need of this getaway. & i need some sun for cheering up my glum mood i've had around the house and friends. sorry ya'll...

but i think relaxation set for 7 days will do me some good.

the laptop will be accompanying me on my hawaii adventures so you guys can see what kinda mischief i'll manage to get myself into...

it's driving me insane that i can't figure out the designer of the light blue/aqua purse.
i thought maybe ASOS or mulberry or proenza, cause they all have similar styles but... nope.
moschino purse is my favorite though.
also keep in mind this summer: all things flowery--- floral patterns, flower accessories (shoes, backpacks, hair)....

so uh.

i'm blonde now.

i'm still convincing myself that i can somehow work it.

it's strange though. 

the past few days i've woken up and looked in the mirror and freaked myself cause i was not expecting to see a blonde chick.

considering i've never coloured my hair to this extent it's quite a drastic change.

How long have i wanted a pair of creeper shoes?

answer: too long. buy a pair already!

well i would... but where the freak do i find a pair?

i should have bought them when i was at a market last year in LA and they were selling them for poop cheap... oh tash...

but perhaps it's time i get me a pair'a dramatic-like shoes. i dunno. something different.

i really dig all these shoes in the above photos. i like pretty and also punky.

i love mixing the two styles together.

i wanted so badly to jump into summer-wear that i wore a summer dress and sandals the other day. its was only like 14/15 degrees. i am a fool.

so... dearest sun: please come around sometime soon.

busy bee

it's almost been a week.
& i apologize. so many things have come up & i didn't even get a chance to finish talking about my experience at the vancouver opera -- La Traviata.
after the show i noticed that my right ear was plugged & for some reason i couldn't hear out of it... then it started hurting a bit. after alison and i left and i was driving home the pain was so unbearable that it was almost unsafe that i was driving. when i got home mi madre took me to the ER. i guess it was some sort of ear infection from my cold. the doctor's words when he looked into my ear with his special..'doctor tool' was "well that looks uncomfortable. 
HAH. yeah. just a tad.
BUT MY REFLECTIONS ON THE OPERA! :
thought the set and costumes were: ugh. incredible. i wish those dresses were still worn nowadays.
the staging, however, at times seemed a bit stiff. call me crazy.
there were times when i wanted Alfredo to just embrace Violetta when she is dying in bed.
or just to move in general..
however! i still very much enjoyed the opera. there's no denying the voices were incredible. i mean, if you've never been to an opera before, GO! it will blow your mind.

& not that alison & i weren't already basically twins... we find that we both have hankies...

i NEVER carry hankies around. but i was sick & my vicious cough was going to need a special something to tame it... anyhow, we thought our much matching was cute.

the rest of my week consisted of handing out of resumes.

i am now a server at skyhawk restaurant at boundary bay airport! holaaaaaa!

i had my first shift yesterday but didn't serve. i just learned the ropes.

but everyone there is real nice, especially the regulars. very different environment from bp and i like it soo much better. although, i do miss my bp friends. it's going to be weird not seeing them so often. but some changes are for the best... i  believe this was for the best ;)

i'm getting my hurrrr done monday! finally right?!

i'm gonna be doing a dye.. or bleach. however you call it.

these are my 'hair color' inspirations: 

i'm assuming i won't be able to achieve this color the first trip to the hair salon considering my hair is DARK brown. but i'd like something close to these choices [end-result-wise].

im excited! i love doing crazy things with my hair. cause it's hair, and whatever happens hair grows back, or, colours fade. so if i end up disliking the final look, it's just hair and i can cure it back to normal after time ;)
